Shipping & Returns

RETURNS POLICY 

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days from the date of purchase with receipt and original packaging for a refund, a 20% handling / Restocking fee will be the charge on all orders.

We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) Once a label is created for your order a restocking fee will be charged for any cancellation. 

Resp NYC will NOT accept returns on any hygienic items. Any hygienic item that is returned used or opened will be placed in quarantine and the customer will have to pay the shipping cost to have the item returned to them within 5 business days or the item will we disposed of.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

****Please note that if you are returning an item or sending a machine in for repair you must provide your order number.

 

CANCELLATIONS:

Order cannot be canceled via email, chat or ticket.

Once an order has a tracking number the order cannot be canceled or refunded.

 

SHIPPING

Resp NYC offers Free Shipping On ALL Orders In The Continental United States. The minimum purchase to qualify for free shipping is 99.00 dollars. Every order placed in the Continental United States over 99.00 dollars will ship for free unless you choose other expedited options. (Free Shipping does not apply to rentals)

Resp NYC does not ship outside the US and Canada. If you as the customer wish to ship outside of our covered shipping territories we will not take responsibility to any damages incurred during shipping.

Important Shipping Notes:

  • Orders received after 12:00 p.m. EST (Eastern Standard Time) are shipped out on the following business day excluding holidays and weekends.
  • Orders placed on Friday after 12:00 p.m. EST are shipped out the following Monday
  • You will be notified of your shipping status through email
    That is why it is important to provide us with an email address when checking out
  • Please note: Order processing may take up to a week on certain products 

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
